Abstract
This thesis consist from theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part are analyzes problems of electrical properties of cells and tissues in terms of bioimpedance, bioimpedance measurement capabilities, methods of electrical impedance tomography and image reconstruction. The practical part includes the design and implementation of multi-frequency device for measuring the electrical impedance tomography. Application for controlling multi-frequency device and program for subsequent data visualization are also part of the thesis.
