Efektivní manažerská práce

Abstract

Název bakalářské práce je Efektivní manažerská práce, vypracoval ji Martin Pudil. Bakalářská práce se zabývá zvýšením efektivity pracovních činností manažera. Cílem práce je doporučit manažerovi způsoby, kterými eliminuje činnosti, které se jeví jako neefektivní a bez přidané hodnoty. V kapitolách teoretické části jsou popsány manažerské techniky, vedení manažerů, time management a coaching. V praktické části jsou řešeny problematické aspekty práce vybraného manažera společnosti Partners. Po aplikaci zvolených metod a postupů byly manažerovi doporučeny postupy, jak zefektivnit určité činnosti, například pověřování členů týmu úkoly, nebo dodržování zásad při vedení porad.

The appelation of Bachelor´s dissertation is Effective Manager´s Work and was written by Martin Pudil. Bachelor´s dissertation deals with increases of manager´s work efficiency. The aim is to recommend methods by which the manager should eliminate the inefficient actions without any added values. In the chapters of theoretical part are described manager´s technics, managers´ couching and time management whereas the practical part deals with solving problematic issues of exact manager of Partners company. After using chosen methods and processes, was manager recommended some methods which should be efficient in certain actions for him, for instance charging other managers with work or keeping certain principals during the meetings.
