Návrh nového využití komplexu bývalé základní umělecké školy na ulici Víta Nejedlého v Karviné

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is a design of new use of former primary school complex in Vita Nejedlého Street in Karviná and modification of public spaces and green areas in the vicinity of the building. The workflow can be divided into three parts. In the first part was created tree inventory and evaluation of the current situation. The second part focuses on the design of technical infrastructure, transport infrastructure and green areas resulting in urban studies in two variants. One of the variants is processed further. The last part deals with the new use of school in several variants and one of them is processed further. Part of this work is to determine the anticipated costs of design realization.
