Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis was to appraise the requirements of the individual legal regulations and to elaborate the summary of requirements with notification for potential contradictions in these regulations. In this thesis there are identified the legal regulations solving definite issue and briefly described the processes by which their conditions are fulfilled by production realm. In conclusion the author summarizes the current state and declares the suggestion of solution.
