Rozvoj metodiky statistické regulace procesů pro Průmysl 4.0.

Abstract

This dissertation focuses on the application of Statistical Process Control (SPC) in the context of Industry 4.0, with a particular emphasis on the profile monitoring method. The objective of this research is to develop a methodology for the application of this method and to verify its effectiveness in industrial practice. The theoretical section examines statistical methods that serve as an appropriate extension of the existing SPC methodology. The practical part presents the results of a survey on the approach of Czech enterprises to data collection and utilization within the framework of Industry 4.0. The proposed methodology for profile monitoring provides a comprehensive and systematic approach to situations where process quality is characterized by a functional relationship between variables. Additionally, the methodology incorporates the use of control charts in a novel context, contributing to the resolution of scenarios where conventional methods prove inadequate.
