Návrh marketingové komunikace pro hiporehabilitační centrum

Abstract

Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo, zjistit známost Občanského sdružení Ryzáček, a popřípadě navrhnout zlepšení marketingové komunikace tohoto sdružení. První dvě části se snaží blíže přiblížit pojem hiporehabilitace, charakterizovat Občanské sdružení Ryzáček a popsat obecné i jednotlivé nástroje marketingové komunikace. Další části se zabývají analýzou známosti tohoto sdružení a všech marketingových aktivit, které sdružení využívá. Podkladem pro analýzu byl sběr dat, na základě dotazníkového šetření. Na základě výsledků z výzkumu a z vlastní zkušenosti pak byly navrženy návrhy a doporučení, týkající se zefektivnění marketingové komunikace Občanského sdružení Ryzáček.

The main goal of my baccalaureate work was find out the general knowledge about the Civil association Ryzáček. It contains a proposal for the improvement of the marketing communication of this association. The first and the second part try: to approach the term “hiporehabilitation“, to define the Civil association Ryzáček to describe the general and the particular instruments of the marketing communication. The other parts deal with the analysis of the general knowledge about this association and they also deal with all the marketing activities which are exploited by the association. The handout for the analysis was the collection of the datas on the base of the inquiry into the question-form. I made a proposal and the reccomendation to improve the marketing communication for the Civil association Ryzáček, on the base of the results from the research and from my own experience.
