Analýza konkurenceschopnosti vybraného podniku

Abstract

The main aim of my thesis was competitive ability analysis of chosen enterprise and proposal of solution which can improve position of enterprise on the market. In the first part I described theoretical solutions of my thesis like terms enterprise, entrepreneurship and competitive ability. In this part you can also find theoretical solutions of particular analysis which I applied in the practical part, for example PEST analysis, financial analysis and SWOT analysis. Practical part of this thesis is focused on application of theoretical knowledges in practice. In the beginning there is introduction of enterprise, its main manufacturing processes, history and the largest competitors on the market. In other part there were made PEST analysis and financial analysis – calculation and analysis of ratio indicators. In practical part I also made SWOT analysis where I found weaknesses, strengths, opportunities and threats of enterprise. Last part is focused on proposals and recommendations for enterprise which can improve its position on the market.
