Analýza a zhodnocení dodavatelských a realizačních firem hlavních investičních akcí v TŘINECKÝCH ŽELEZÁRNÁCH, a.s.

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate individual supply and implementation corporations of the most important investment activities in TŘINECKÉ ŽELEZÁRNY, a.s within last 5 years. The work carries out an anylysis of the current way and suppliers avaluation after the end of realized investment activities. There were analyzed procedures and means of suppliers draft within silection procedures. Furthermore the work conducts an evaluation of realized investments pursuant to the Scoring-model where particular suppliers were written to the prepared tables and the investment department staffers assorted a points avaluation to particular criterions. On the basis of those evaluations there were found shortages and suggested a new way of suppliers evaluation by, more detailed expand of particular criterions and semi criterions in the evaluation table. The work thus contributes to the solution and problems prevention improvement connected to the investment projects. It will also facilitate the improvement of relations with contractors and TŘINECKÉ ŽELEZÁRNY, a.s.
