Abstract
To choose suitable strategy which consistent with established target and company options is one of the foundation stones of every successful company. This thesis occupies with a proposal of competitive strategy for specific advertising agency. The key element of this thesis is to find information about competitons. The main source of information was the primary data that was collected through a method mystery calling. The work concludes with results summarization, representing the preview to the strategy selection issue, designated for the needs of top management. Based on the results of the research were provided suggestions and recommendations that could be used by agency owner to rebount company.
