Abstract
The thesis focuses on the financing of delegation of state administration execution. The aim of the thesis is to provide evaluation of development and structure of contribution on delegated execution of the state administration in the Czech Republic in 2001 –2012. The theoretical part consists of basic definition of public and state administration and it also focuses on indirect executor of the state administration. The empirical part is dealing with methodology of the calculation of the contribution of the execution of state administration within the delegated competence and with overall evaluation of financing of municipalities and regions.
