Abstract

The bachelor thesis addresses the issue of connecting an object to a Monitoring and Alarm Receiving Center (MARC). It describes basic concepts, the legal framework, technical standards, and specifications related to the technical protection of property. The practical part focuses on the analysis of a specific object, its surroundings, and the current state of its technical protection. Furthermore, it deals with the selection of available private security agencies and the evaluation of their offered services. Based on criteria evaluation, optimal options for connecting the object to the MARC are selected.
