Uplatnění Metody Balanced Scorecard pro měření výkonnosti organizace.

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je provedení analýzy uplatnění metody Balanced Scorecard pro hodnocení výkonnosti organizace IMI International s.r.o., která se zabývá výrobou a prodejem produktů určených pro řízení pohybu a toku medií. Teoretická část začíná vymezením obsahu a účelu strategický deklarací. Následuje představení komplexního systému řízení strategie. Další část práce se věnuje klasickým a moderním měřítkům hodnocení výkonnosti společností. Závěrečná teoretická pasáž postupně popisuje finanční perspektivu, zákaznickou perspektivu, perspektivu interních procesů a perspektivu učení se růstu. V praktické části je nejprve krátce představena společnost. Následuje podrobná analýza současného stavu organizace ve čtyřech zmíněných perspektivách. Na základě tohoto rozboru se závěrečná část věnuje shrnutí zjištění a návrhu doporučení pro zavedení metody BSC.

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the application of the Balanced Scorecard to measure performance of IMI International s.r.o. The company manufacture and sell products for movement and flow of different elements. The theoretical part begins with defining the content and purpose of the strategic declaration. This is followed by a comprehensive strategy management system. The next part of the thesis deals with classic and modern measures of the company’s performance evaluation. The final theoretical part describes the financial perspective, the customer’s perspective, the perspective of the internal processes and the perspective of learning and growth. In the practical part is introduced briefly the company. Following this is a detailed analysis of the current state of the organization in four mentioned perspectives. Based on this analysis, the final section is devoted to summarizing the findings and suggestions for implementing the BSC method.
