Bachelor work defines the concept of critical success factors. The first chapter defines the need for creating a business plan. In other chapters is the concept of "critical success factors", are outlined concept of critical success factors by different authors. The summary describes the causes of business failure, it is also the comparison of diffe-rent models of critical success factors.
