Posouzení návrhů protipovodňových opatření v oblasti obce Troubky

Abstract

This thesis deals with flood control measures Troubky community. In the first part we focused on the complex issues of water and explained the contents of important technical terms relating to the issue of flooding. The next part deals with all types of flood protection from floods. In the practical part of my work, I focused on flood control measures for the village of Troubky, which was exposed in 1997, flooding in the range of hundred of water, where there was a major material damage and loss of life. Troubky Village since 1997, no final solution of PPO, because they are not resolving the issue of property rights. Currently, the village Troubky PPO provides only around the dam and small rivers Bečva Bečva. The aim of this thesis is to analyze and evaluate the current proposals for the village Troubky PPO and the last part of the PPO to design their own solutions, including economic evaluation.
