Závislost nákladů výroby slévárenské formy na vybraných faktorech v podmínkách českých sléváren

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to propose a simplification of the current cost model of production molds while maintaining its versatility. The introductory part is devoted to costs and their subsequent interpretation and the basic types of cost calculations. This is followed by frame characteristic Foundry: DSB EURO, Ltd., Blansko; Královopolská Foundry, Ltd., Brno, where the investigation took place. The next chapter deals with the controlling systems of foundries in the Czech Republic. In another part of the development work is focused on the methodology of cost models developed in PROJECT X. Subsequently we try to simplify the existing cost model. In another part of the thesis is concerned with the evaluation of a simplified cost model developed.
