Územní studie části lokality „Cihelna - P5“ v České Těšíně

Abstract

Target of this diploma Is to propose variable family housing in the area “Cihelna – P5” in Český Těšín. There were prepared two proposals. One of them was chosen and prepared as a territorial study. Behalf of territorial proposal this territorial study contains logistic and technical infrastructure solutions and volume study of apartment building (platform, layers and views). Part of the diploma is economical evaluation of the option that was made as territorial study. This territorial study is in consistent with zoning plan of Český Těšín and all limits in mentioned area are depict in the drawing documentation that is in attachment of this diploma.
