Abstract

The subjekt of this diploma thesis is an elaboration of a study of e-shop feasibility in manufacturing plant, and evaluation of practicability of this project. The theoretical part focuses on e-business. Further on, this part contains basic terms of project management with orientation to a feasibility study and its subject matter. The practical part processes an authorial feasibility study, together with executed market analysis, described is also project staffing, technical and technological facilities, financial analysis, risk analysis and progress chart of the project.
