Abstract of diploma theses The subject of this diploma theses is “Financial and Economical Analyses as a tool for Valuation of Firms. There are abstractedly described the most used methods of financial analyses in this diploma theses which are practical applied on the firm Retrig, s.r.o. The final results are commented to use them for valuation of the firm. In the diploma theses are mentioned the theoretical ways for valuation include practical valuation by the method discounted cash flow. The resultant value is verify by the method Economical valuation added. The theses consists of two pivotal parts. The first part deals about financial analyses and about the methods of valuation theoreticly, in the second part are the theoretical metods practically applied to company Retrig, s.r.o. include commentary on the final price.
