Abstract

The aim of this study was shopping environment analysis of drugstore retail stores. Specifically drugstores Aunt, Rossmann and DM markt drugstore. For this analysis were used methods of observation and mystery shopping. Content of the research was to evaluate three basic criteria in each store. These criteria included design of drustores, presentation of goods and personnel.
