Abstract

Analýza procesu auditování ve strojírenské organizaci a návrh zlepšení V této diplomové práci bude blíže popsána analýza procesu auditování ve strojírenské organizaci a návrh zlepšení. Text diplomové práce je rozdělen do dvou hlavních částí. Do teoretické části a části praktické. Teoretická část se zabývá rozborem systémů managementu kvality a jejich auditování, následně normativní základnou pro auditování systémů managementu kvality. V praktické části je popsán současný stav procesu auditování a jeho výsledků za sledované období ve strojírenské organizaci. Na základě těchto výsledků jsou identifikovány příležitosti ke zlepšení a návrh opatření.
