Abstract

The subject of the Bachelor’s thesis is the technological process for new construction of apartment house. The building is designed as a basement object 1 and 3 underground floors with a flat roof single casing. Also included is the creation of project documentation for building permit. The main objective of the work is a description of the solutions to the building envelope of the two variants, and that the walling system HELUZ and walling system YTONG. For each of the variants of the technological proces of construction is processed, budget and schedule. At the conclusion of the comparison is either the material variants in terms of time, finances and physical properties.
