Využití principů správy informací o budově při tvorbě projektové dokumentace elektro

Abstract

This thesis focuses on the application of Building Information Management (BIM) principles in the design of low-voltage electrical installations. The theoretical part describes the fundamental principles of the BIM methodology, explains key concepts, and outlines the legislative requirements associated with its implementation in construction practice in the Czech Republic. The practical part is focused on analyzing discrepancies between the asset information model and the actual state of low-voltage electrical installations in the building of the Centre for Energy and Environmental Technologies – Explorer (hereinafter referred to as CEETe), located on the VSB-TUO campus in Ostrava. The main outcome of the thesis is the creation of a new validated digital model of low-voltage electrical installations for a selected part of the CEETe building and the preparation of as-built documentation for switchboard RS3.3, including their integration within the data environment of the BIM Connector platform.
