Vícekriteriální výběr produktu rizikového životního pojištění pro sportovce

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of multi-criteria selection of an insurance product. The aim of this thesis is the multi-criteria selection of a risk life insurance product for a specific subject. This subject is a professional athlete who has expressed an interest in securing his income resulting from a signed team contract. The thesis is divided into five chapters, including an introduction and a conclusion. The second chapter describes the decision-making process, including the characteristics of multi-criteria decision-making methods. The third chapter focuses on the analysis of the life insurance market, the characteristics of life insurance and the subsequent description of selected risk life insurance products for subsequent comparison. The fourth chapter focuses on the independent selection of the most appropriate term life insurance product. The determination of the decision maker and the variants is made here. The decision maker was the insurance entity, which selected as variants the risk life insurance products of the first seven insurance companies in the life insurance market, ranked according to the contractual premiums written for life insurance. The criteria were then determined based on the content requirements. These criteria were weighted using the 100-point allocation method and the Saaty pairwise comparison method. Then, due to the nature of the criteria, multi-criteria variant evaluation methods requiring cardinal information were used. These were the analytic hierarchy process method, which was designated as the main method, and the linear partial utility function method, which was designated as the validation method. Based on the results of both methods, the best compromise option was chosen at the end of the thesis.
