Abstract
This thesis deals with Employee Recruitment. The thesis includes a theoretical part and a practical part. The first part is focused on the theoretical resources that are derived from Czech and foreign literature. The theoretical part is followed by practical part. In the practical part is introduced selected company – ROVEKA Group, Ltd. The practical part is based on information obtained in the theoretical section and applied to the selected company. The aim of this work based on theoretical knowledge is to create specific material for Employee Recruitment for the newly formed company ROVEKA Group, Ltd.
