Abstract
The main theme and aim of this bachelors thesis is to create a laboratory task and also a complete manual for the measurement of otoacoustic emissions on Madsen Capella analyzer manufactured by Madsen Electronics. In the manual you will not only get acquainted with the anatomy and physiology of the auditory system to understand the nature and problems of otoacoustic emissions, but also with the NOAH environment in which the measurement takes place. Furthermore, the actual measurement of individual modes that analyzer Madsen Capella offers us, such as TEOAE - transient otoacoustic emissions, DPOAE - distortion product of otoacoustic emissions and SOAE - spontaneous otoacoustic emissions. There will also be generated possible disorders that may arise during the measurement on the analyzer and affect the results.
