Abstract
The purpose of the work will be to probe which social and retirement insurance policy is not only in the Czech Republic but also incoming perspective within the frame of European Union. My work will be useful and will introduce social and retirement insurance policy because the middle years and young people are participated in retirement insurance policy and their future old-age pension is influenced by their gainful occupation.
