Územní studie lokality Jelenice ve městě Hlučíně

Abstract

This thesis presents the possibility of urban design selected sites in Hlučín. The area is currently used as arable land but the future is defined by the master plan as the area to act as amenities and mass housing. Due to the convenient location to the city center, excellent availability of public facilities and the adjacent housing development is proposed in the land use plan more than appropriate. Based on the analyzes and site surveys were developed two alternative solutions. In variant A is designed housing in apartment buildings, in variant B is designed mixed development of family houses and apartment buildings. In part for civic amenities are designed wellness center, rehabilitation pool, cafe and other services offering body care. The paper focuses on detailed solutions selected variants and proposed technical and transport infrastructure, public green design and indicative calculations of investment.
