The thesis handles with decision support systems for emergency staff. In the introduction part the thesis deals with legislation, explanation of conceptions associated with the thesis and authorities of crisis management and their mutual communication. The next part is focused on management, decision during solving extraordinary incident and also on information flows at separate decision levels. The main part is focused on analysis of decision support system for emergency staff when solving specific crisis situation. The result of this thesis is the evaluation of communication processes and the suggestion for interconnection between available information and the authorities of crisis management.
