Materiálně technické a informační zabezpečení správy města Mohelnice

Abstract

Cílem předkládané bakalářská práce je analýza a zhodnocení současného stavu materiálně technického a informačního zabezpečení správy města Mohelnice. První kapitola se zaměřuje na obecný popis vývoje měst a obcí a seznamuje se současnou strukturou veřejné správy v České republice. Obsahem druhé kapitoly je charakteristika města Mohelnice, které v současné době představuje rozsáhlou správní jednotku zahrnující kromě svého území také celou řadu okolních obcí.Třetí kapitola konkrétně pojednává o správě a organizaci materiálně technického zabezpečení města Mohelnice. Jedná se o popis budov úřadu a jejich správy, organizaci autoprovozu a používání služebním mobilních telefonů. Závěr kapitoly pak uvádí porovnání výdajů na jednotlivé složky materiálně technické zabezpečení ve srovnání s obcemi obdobné velikosti a kategorie.Poslední kapitola obecně popisuje problematiku Informačních systémů veřejné správy a také nových trendů v oblasti elektronizace a eGovernmentu.

The aim of the presented bachelor thesis is to analyze and evaluate the status quo of the material-technical and information support of the administration of the town Mohelnice. The first chapter aims to a general description of towns and municipalities development and acquaints with a current structure of the public administration in the Czech Republic. The second chapter characterizes the town Mohelnice that constitutes an extensive administrative unit at the present time that includes except its own territory also a number of surrounding municipalities. The third chapter discusses the administration and organization of the material-technical support of the town Mohelnice concretely. It concerns the description of authority buildings and their administration, organization of the car operation and using the official cell phones. Then the end of the chapter compares expenditures for the material-technical support to expenditures of municipalities of a similar size and category. The last chapter describes the problematic of information systems of the public administration generally as well as new trends in the area of electronization and eGovernment.
