Vliv úrovně grafické podrobnosti v BIM na časovou náročnost stavebních projektů

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to analyze how different levels of graphical detail affect the time schedules of construction projects. As part of the research, models were created at five levels of LOD: 100, 200, 300, 400, and 500. For each level, the time required for modeling, assignment of non-graphical information, validation, export to IFC format, and upload to the common data environment (CDE) was recorded. The thesis also includes the creation of Gantt charts, WBS structures, and risk matrices, which provide a deeper insight into planning and management of BIM projects depending on the level of detail.
