Abstract

This work deals with the basic classification of the investment project - opening a coal mine. A suitable site was chosen Křemýž protected deposit area, which is located two kilometers from the town of Teplice. The goal is to evaluate alternative options open a small coal mine in terms of investment and its return. Introduction is, inter alia, focus on the theoretical information on investments such as legislation and coal mining.
