This thesis is focused on support of the making the right decision in financing of a new stable for a beef cattle construction in „The Cooperative farm in Francova Lhota“. The cooperative farm is vacillating between two possibillities of financing - using its own capital or foreign one and thus which form of financing is favourable. Using the criteria there is an evaluation of a suitability of the investment realization and future benefits of unencumbered and indebted form. Based on the discovered information is recommended, which form of the mentioned financing is more preferable for the farm.
