Řízení firmy v oblasti stavebních činností

Abstract

Cílem předložené diplomové práce je posouzení řízení firmy v oblasti stavebnictví. Práce je nejprve věnována charakteristice společnosti K2 stavební Moravia s.r.o., která se zabývá prováděním staveb, jejich změn a odstraňováním. V práci je popsán proces získávání zakázek a jsou zde rovněž představeny některé realizované zakázky podniku. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu ekonomických výsledků, která je provedena pomocí vybraných poměrových ukazatelů, Du Pont pyramidálního rozkladu, horizontální a vertikální analýzy. Závěr práce patří doporučením k dalšímu rozvoji firmy, které by mohly vést k lepšímu postavení společnosti na trhu.

The goal of this diploma thesis is examining the management of a construction company. First of all, the thesis characterizes the company K2 stavebni Moravia s.r.o. (K2 Construction Moravia Ltd.), which makes constructions, realizes changes of these constructions and removes them. Then the thesis describes the process of receiving commissions and presents some commissions realized by the company. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the analysis of the economic results, which is being carried out by means of selected ratios, Du Pont pyramid analysis, horizontal and vertical analyses. The conclusion of the thesis includes recommendations for the further progress of the company, which may lead to a better position of the company in the market.
