Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis is to propose a long-term financial plan of the company for the years 2018 - 2022. The diploma thesis is divided into 6 chapters. The second chapter is dedicated to introducing the company including the subject of business. The third chapter focuses on describing the theoretical background to financial planning. Planning methods and principles are described, the short-term and long-term financial plan is described, and the process of long-term plan is described, then the nature of financial control is clarified. At the end of the chapter is described the external analysis of the company and financial analysis. The fourth part is applied theory of external analysis and financial analysis for the internal evaluation of financial health of the company. The fifth chapter includes the drafting of the financial plan, including the procedure for drawing up the balance sheet, the profit and loss statement and the cash flow plan. This draft plan is subsequently evaluated by means of a financial analysis of the planned periods.
