Abstract

Financial awareness and knowledge of financial principles belong to key components of responsible business management. The present time is characterized by huge competition in the market within all possible sectors, which is why management based on the effective utilization of resources and minimizing costs is used more frequently. Even perfect business skills together with sophisticated marketing strategy are no longer dominant practises used by companies. This bachelor thesis is focused on financial analysis of a consulting company consisted of partial financial indicators calculation. The role of these indicators is to show insufficiency or weak points to be processed as well as strong points of the company. The objective is to evaluate financial situation of the company by using methods of financial analysis and according to results to answer questions about deterioration in a company's financial situation and suggest an appropriate solution for improvement.
