Abstract

This bachelor work focuses on a marketing mix analysis of UPC Czech Republic, Inc. The first part is devoted to the theoretical definition of the marketing mix of services. In the second part shall describe the company. They are then transferred to a theoretical understanding of the practical work, analysis of the marketing mix of services selected. In the last part of the proposals and measures that should lead to the development of society, improve services and increase the number of customers.
