Abstract

During long-term operation of power equipment at elevated temperatures and pressures can lead to degradation of material properties that lead to a change of mechanical characteristics of materials. This thesis is focused on the evaluation of yield strength, ultimate strength and transition temperatures of base materials Fatty circumferential weld superheater outlet chamber, low-alloy steel P22 based on the results of penetration tests. In the theoretical section describes the principle of penetration test and are given various types of penetration tests, where most attention has been paid Bulge Punch test used in the experimental part. In the experimental part of this work were compared to values of yield strength Re, Rm ultimate strength and transition temperature determined from the results of fatty penetration tests with the results of tests on standardized specimens.
