Marek Jašek, Ph.D. The aim of the diploma thesis is to develop the construction part of the project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Ostrava - Hrabová. It is a building with four above-ground and one underground floor. The apartment building has a total of 24 residential units located on the upper floors. The basement serves primarily as storage space. The diploma thesis contains a technical report and a drawing part of the project documentation. The diploma thesis also includes a thermal technical assessment of the building's perimeter structures, the energy label of the building envelope and the static calculation of the stair arm structure.
