This bachelor thesis titled „Family house PRIVACY“ presents the desidn of a family house, of an object primarly intended for permanent living. This proposal is degigned for a four – member family with the possibility of accommodating up to four spa guests living in the villige of Karviná in the Darkov district. This district is vharacterized by its development of spa facilities and family houses, reminding of the character of the vilage. Its form corresponds to the surrounding area, it doesn´t have a disturbing or negative effect in the surrounding area. The design of the proposed building is arranged so that it fits into a given location of family houses and, respectively, to the whole scenery.
