Bytový dům v Ostravě - Zábřehu s vazbou na stavebně technologické projektování

Abstract

This thesis is focused on elaboration of a project documentation for building permit of a block of flats, which is located in a concrete area in a cadastral area of the city Ostrava. The block of flats is by an architectural design integrated into neighbouring area. This project contains the drawing documentation and also the technology. This section contains the technological procedure of walling, the schedule of construction and in not least the budget. The block of flats includes a number of residential and not-residential places used to improve living conditions of future residents. Result of this work is the project documentation for construction of the house with twenty eight residential units.
