Abstract

The target of this thesis is evaluate the current situation of DEC-PLAST, Ltd. Company, using selected methods of strategic analysis and subsequent propose strategy to improve its competitiveness in the market of windows and doors. The theoretical part defines basic terms and describes the methods that are used in other parts of analysis company and its competitors. There are used several methods - SLEPT analysis, Porter's five forces analysis, analysis of expectations of interest groups, VRIO analysis and BCG matrix. An important part of this work is to evaluate the bids competition and customer satisfaction questionnaire. To summarize these results of all analyzes is used cumulative SWOT analysis. In the design part is assessing the current situation in company and propose the best strategy.
