Diagnostika a hodnocení finančního zdraví podniku

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je na základě vybraných metod diagnostikovat a hodnotit finanční zdraví podniku u vybrané společnosti v letech 2010 až 2014. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do několika částí. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy a metody, které jsou využité v praktické části. Jedná se o analýzu absolutních dat, analýzu rozdílových ukazatelů, analýzu poměrových ukazatelů, souhrnné indexy hodnocení, ratingové modely, ekonomickou přidanou hodnotu, SWOT analýzu a PEST analýzu. Ve třetí části je charakterizován vybraný podnik včetně historie a předmětu podnikání. V poslední části diplomové práce jsou shrnuty všechny poznatky, které byly zjištěny při diagnostikování společnosti. V poslední části jsou také rozepsány návrhy a doporučení, které vychází z výsledků provedené finanční analýzy.

The aim of this thesis is to diagnose and evaluate the financial health of the company of one selected company in the years 2010-2014. The thesis is divided into several parts. The first theoretical part defines the basic concepts and methods that are used in the following practical part. The second practical part is an analysis of absolute data, analysis of differential indicators, financial ratios analysis, comprehensive evaluation indexes, rating models, economic value added, SWOT analysis and PEST analysis. In the third part is a characteristic of a chosen company including the history and the subject of business. The last part of this work summarizes all findings obtained from the diagnosis of the company. In conclusion there are drafted proposals and recommendations based on the results of the financial analysis.
