Vyšetřování a návrh sanace spodní stavby vybraných konstrukčních soustav panelových obytných budov

Abstract

Dissertation thesis called: “Investigation and Suggestion of Structural Rehabilitation of the Substructure of the Selected Construction Systems of Panel Residential Blocks” deals with a long-term diagnostic research of the most frequently occurring faults of the substructure of the buildings during their reconstruction by thermal insulation of perimeter walls, with the selected construction panel systems using modern non-destructive methods based on the principle of reading surface temperature of the substructure constructions in the extent of infrared radiation, and the suggestion of suitable measures leading to the improvement of the condition. At the same time, the behaviour of the used infrared radiometric system is verified in laboratory conditions, aiming at specifying determination dependence of the marginal conditions of the measurement on the qualification of the reproduced results by the infrared radiometric system. The dissertation is mostly based on the results from six-year measurements with radiometric infrared long-wave system. ca. fifty objects in Ostrava City area have been monitored and ca. one thousand of thermograms have been processed. In laboratory experiments 4,000 quantities were processed within the framework of twenty measurement series.
