Marek Teichmann, Ph.D. Master thesis „Urban study of development area in Ostrava – Bartovice“ is study processed schematically and with variants. All of the variants are processed on the basic of technical and urban conditions of locality. The final variant is treated in detail and icludes urban design, traffic design and technical infrastructure and also its relation to wider environment. This is part about parcels in catastral territory Bartovice, located on the outskirts of the urban district Ostrava – Radvanice a Barotivce.Newly buildings can be connected to existing traffic and technical infrastructure.
