Abstract

This thesis deals with the management of telecommunications line transmission parameters that affect the quality of the transmitted signal. These parameters include the input impedance, which is important for adaptation to different parts of the line. The aim of this thesis is to create a mathematical model of the input impedance, its implementation to program and verify on the real medium. The thesis first of all consider homogeneous management with distributed parameters, its properties and input impedance depending on the end of line. Then is shown build of mathematical model for calculating the input impedance and its subsequent program implementation. The last part is concerned with measurements on real-media and comparing the calculated values of the input impedance of the input impedance determined by measurement.
