Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to propose an improvment of technical and OSH conditions in injection moulding machine operation and maintenance when entering the dangerous area. The first part assesses the original machine security and evaluates possible risks and failures.The second part suggests adding a hydraulic switch which contributes to increase in OSH conditions of the machine.The thesis describes the way of electric and mechanic installation of the switch. It proposes the energy control and power lockout system.
