Abstract

Purpose of the bachelor work is to work up a project of polyfunctional house in a vacant lot. Project observes the terms of functional meaning outgoing from current territorial planning documentation. Corner house is between Zámecká and Dlouhá street. Work solves two variations of polyfunctional house project which will be conceived conceptual with perspective to the future, including incorporation to the surrounding development area. Result of bachelor work is sophisticated project of polyfunctional house, solving usage of building including marked functional areas. Constructions make allowance for handicapped visitors. Project includes solution of static transport and calculation of utility nets capacity.
