Abstract

The topic of the thesis is the evaluation of the recruitment process in times of shortage of qualified candidates in selected manufacturing companies. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the recruitment process in times of shortage of qualified candidates. The first part is devoted to the different research methods that are used in this thesis. The second part contains the theoretical background describing the recruitment process, adaptation and training of employees. The third section focuses on the characterization of the respondents who participated in the research on the issue. The fourth section provides a detailed interpretation of the questionnaire results including suggestions and recommendations. The last chapter is devoted to the conclusion of the thesis.
