Abstract
The topic of the bachelor’s thesis is management analysis of Beat Up dance studio in Ostrava. The aim of the work is to determinate, describe and analyze all management activities in this dance studio. On the basis of this informations later propose possible changes and solutions of found problems. In practical part of this work were used SWOT analysis, questionnaire and interview.
