Abstract

This thesis focuses on designing a digitalization solution to improve occupational health and safety (OHS) management processes in a selected manufacturing company. It begins with an analysis of the legislative framework for OHS digitalization in the Czech Republic. It then examines current trends in OHS digitalization, including an overview of modern technologies and best practices in this field. The core part of the thesis is the analysis of existing OHS processes within the selected company, the identification of opportunities for digitalization, and the proposal of an optimized digital solution. The aim is to design effective digital solution that will contribute to increasing employee safety, improving the management of safety processes, facilitating compliance with legal requirements, and enhancing the OHS culture within the company.
